Compare and contrast libraries and the internet as the two major sources of information for use in academic written works.

                       As a students we need to produce the academic written works and search information from different way. The two major sources that most common for student is libraries and internet. To complete the assignment and coursework the accuray of information is very important. The internet and library, both are considered as a big depository of information. Library can be defined as “A collection of literary documents or records keep for reference or borrowing”. While Internet is defined as “An electronic network providing access to millions of resources worldwide.” Internet and the library both seems to be serving the same purpose but nowadays most of the people incline towards the Internet but abandon the use of book in library. So let us carry out clearer perception to compare and contrast the use of library and the internet.

Libraries are a wonderful place to whom love to read book, magazine, and newspaper but cannot or do not wish to buy them. We can borrow the item from there with only a member card and promise to return it on time for free. Beside this, library also a very good space to study. They offer a quiet, peaceful place of study. We can find new book and old book. Sometimes books that rare or special are kept in special collection in library.

                     The use of internet is much more convenient. We can simply type in keywords or phrases and we will given articles and site that relate to our topic. When found something that we wan to save just bookmark our article, in which it will save it for us so we can go back to it. We also given the ability to make comments about the article.

                     The information of libraries are always trusted by the other. But sometimes the library book do not up dated their information. It is because library does not have enough budget to buy the latest book for that library.

                     In the summation, both library and internet have their own advantage and disadvantage. Both of them should be used in our academic achievement. We have to choose our resources intelligently and it might be a good chance for us to learn estra knowledge when we are searching for more information.
