                        The poor communication skill among the employees in the modern workplace has becoming a problem for the employers nowaday. Without the ability of poor communication skill can lead to poor relations between employees and unfriendly work atmosphere. This is hard to reach the job satisaction. A employees are representative a company, they need to meet client face to face. Employees that having poor communication skill will difficult to pass their massage to client and also spoilt the company image. Poor communication can lead a company spending needless time performing unnecessary task. Hence, the training in needed for all employees. It is to boosting the skills on dealing with other.
